About the World Brahman Congress

The World Brahman Congress has selected Fort Worth, Texas as their host location for their 2008 international event. This will be the 14th annual congress since 1982 and marks only the second time for the event to be held in the United States.

The weeklong event is set for May 18-24 and is expected to draw over 1,200 head of Brahman cattle and 3,000 Brahman breeders and enthusiasts from 20 plus countries. In addition to cattle and conversation, there will be technical seminars, a trade show, receptions, tours, and a sale of elite genetics.

The event will be held on the grounds of the Southwestern Livestock Exposition and Rodeo and
downtown at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel (more info).

The World Brahman Congress brings Brahman breeders from across the globe together every two years to exchange ideas, genetics, share information and provide a platform to further promote Brahman cattle.

The American Brahman Breeders Association, headquartered in Houston, Texas, along with Dr. Kevin Bryant, a breeder from the Dallas area, are coordinating this prestigious event.

Past locations of this prestigious event include Rockhampton, Australia; Houston, Texas; Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa; Cartagena, Colombia; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Veracruz, Mexico; Panama City, Panama; Maracaibo, Venezuela; Pereira, Colombia; Pretoria, South Africa; Merida, Yucatan, Mexico; and Medellin, Colombia.

World Brahman Congress Shirt Order Instructions

Wearing the official World Brahman Congress shirt demonstrates solidarity to all within the American Brahman breed. We urge everyone to purchase a commemorative shirt! Place your shirt order NOW to insure prompt delivery!!

THE OFFICIAL SHIRT: The official shirt is BLACK in color and will have the WBC logo on the left front side. The fabric is 100% cotton twill, and the shirts are available in short and long sleeves, in adult sizes.

All cattle exhibitors MUST wear the official WBC shirts in the show ring. No Exceptions.

WBC shirts CAN be worn anytime prior or during the Congress.
Wearing long sleeve shirts in the show ring is encouraged.

OFFICIAL YOUTH SHIRTS: Polo pique shirts (black) with WBC logos are available in youth sizes.

COTTON TEES: White 50/50 T-shirts with the WBC printed color logos are available in both adult and youth sizes.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY: Ranch names and logos can be embroidered on the right shirt front. One line name or ranch name $10.

Cattilac Style can customize and embroider your custom ranch information.
$125 logo set up fee. Contact Cattilac Style for personalized service.

Custom logo embroidery may be done by the vendor of your choice.
Ranch name/logo, size not to exceed 3.5 in. width by 4.0 in. height

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: NO returns on personalized merchandise. In case of defective merchandise, Contact: Cattilac Style. Orders cancelled after production will not refunded.

DELIVERY: Shipping and handling fee is $12 for any number of shirts (1-100) sent to the same address. Items ordered together may not be shipped together.
